Make a personal data request.
Contact Vexbun about information connected to a short website project, a website scope consultation or a visit to this site. Use this route for a personal data request, not a new project brief. You do not need to know the legal name for your request.
Start small. A name and one way to reply are enough for first contact. Do not send identity documents, passwords or private account credentials through this form.
Name the record and the change you want.
You can ask about an inquiry, a support conversation or other personal information held in connection with Vexbun. Rights depend on the law that applies to the request. This page gives you a route to exercise those rights without implying that every request has the same legal scope.
If you contacted us about a website scope consultation, the original reply address and an approximate date can help locate the correspondence. There is no need to resend the whole project brief or copy other people's personal details into a new message.
Access or a copy
Ask what personal information relates to you and how it is used. You can identify a particular inquiry or conversation, or ask more generally. Tell us if you need a copy in a readable electronic format; do not assume every record can be disclosed without checking other people's information.
Correction
Identify the detail that is wrong and give the replacement. For example, an old reply address can make correspondence unusable even if the message itself is accurate. We may need to distinguish an inaccurate current record from an accurate record of what was originally submitted.
Deletion
Say which information you want removed. A deletion request is reviewed against the purpose for keeping the record and any applicable obligations. Some information may need to remain for agreed work, legal requirements or a dispute. We explain a relevant limit rather than promising that every copy disappears on submission.
Consent help or another right
Ask about withdrawing consent, objecting to a use or another right available under applicable law. If you are unsure which category fits, describe the result you want. A browser storage choice and a request to delete correspondence are different actions; one does not automatically perform the other.
Change optional storage in your browser
For a current storage preference, use Cookie settings in the footer. You can decline optional storage without waiting for a written reply. Sending this form does not reset another device's browser preference, and deleting a preference record can cause the site to ask you again rather than record a lasting refusal.
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising send paid traffic to vexbun.com. Meta Ads is included in the site's advertising and consent coverage. A landing address can contain Google's gclid, Microsoft's msclkid or Meta's fbclid before a choice is made. That parameter is not permission to keep it in optional storage.
Consent Mode v2 keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you authorize the relevant storage categories. They return to denied when you decline or withdraw permission. Microsoft and Meta optional storage also follow the advertising choice. Denied settings do not mean that all network requests or all measurement cease.
Declining storage does not delete an inquiry. Necessary preference records and a visitor-initiated support session have a different purpose from advertising storage. Ask for deletion separately if that is the result you want.
The cookie statement describes the local preference record and the localStorage token used for a support conversation. The privacy statement explains collection and sharing. Platform handling is described in the Microsoft privacy statement, Google privacy policy and Meta privacy policy.
Use ordinary language. “Please correct the email address on my inquiry” is a useful request without any legal terminology.
Send a data requestVerification should match the risk.
Before releasing information or changing a record, we may need to confirm that it relates to you. The check depends on what you ask us to do and the sensitivity of the record. Access to an existing reply address can be useful evidence; merely knowing someone else's name is not enough to receive their correspondence.
No identity document at first contact
Do not upload or email a passport, driver's licence or other identity document with your opening request. We do not need your full postal address to start. If further evidence is needed, we explain what is needed and why before asking you to provide it.
Give us a route that reaches you
The form accepts a phone number or an email address. Neither is required on its own, but a request with both blank cannot be sent. A changed address is not a reason to abandon a request: explain that you no longer use the original contact route, without sharing login details for either account.
If you are acting for someone else, state that in the message. We may need evidence of authority and confirmation from the person concerned before acting. Do not submit their identity documents or unrelated private information as a substitute for that explanation.
What happens after the message arrives
- Identify the request.
We read the outcome you are asking for and look for enough context to locate the relevant records. If the scope is unclear, we ask a question rather than treating every project file as part of the request.
- Check authority where needed.
Any follow-up should be proportionate to the information involved. We do not release someone else's message because it appears in a shared project conversation.
- Review the records and applicable rights.
We consider the requested action alongside retention needs and legal obligations. Information may be kept while needed to respond, administer agreed work, meet applicable requirements or resolve a dispute.
- Reply with the outcome.
The response explains the action taken or the reason a request cannot be fulfilled in full. Where applicable, you can ask about a review of the decision or available complaint routes.
Response requirements vary with applicable law and the circumstances of a request. We do not publish a universal deadline here. If clarification or additional verification is needed, that is part of the correspondence, not a promise that the record has already been changed.
Keep a reference, not a duplicate trail
A successful form submission can return a receipt reference. Keep it if you need to follow up; it identifies a submitted message, not a completed rights request or a purchase. If the site reports a failure, do not assume that the request reached the studio. Contact us directly if the problem persists.
Removing information from this site's records does not necessarily remove information independently held by an advertising platform. We can explain Vexbun's handling. A request about your own Google, Microsoft or Meta account may also need to go through that platform's privacy route.
Send only what identifies the request.
Choose the closest request type and explain the record you mean. A name used in earlier correspondence and an approximate date usually make a more useful starting point than a copy of every message.
This form is not the only route. Email office@vexbun.com with the subject “Personal data request”, or call +1 (784) 555-7475. You can ask for help if completing a form presents an access barrier.
Your request creates correspondence too
The message and the response are themselves records used to handle the request and document what was done. We keep information for its purpose and any applicable obligations rather than promising an automatic purge on a fixed date. A request to delete earlier correspondence does not necessarily remove the minimum record needed to explain how that request was handled.
You can write to Vexbun at 7 Workshop Way, Werkstatt 2, Austin, Texas 31523, United States. A full home address is not required for the online route. If you only need help changing storage preferences, the cookie statement and footer Cookie settings control provide that route without a new project inquiry.
